Hospital Welcomes New Practice Manager
Miller, who currently lives in Lock Haven, graduated from Virginia Baptist Hospital School of Nursing, received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and also recently received her Master’s of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of St. Francis. Her most recent experience includes administration of a multi-specialty physician practice of over 100 physicians in the Williamsport area. In her day-to-day role as practice manager, Miller will be responsible for managing family practice, internal medicine, general surgery and orthopedic physicians and their office staff who are part of Jersey Shore Hospital’s Medical Associates group located throughout Lycoming and Clinton counties. In her spare time, Miller enjoys motorcycle riding, reading, singing, and spending time in Myrtle Beach, S.C. with her husband Ron. “I’m happy to have the chance to work here in Jersey Shore because I’ll be able to take a more hands-on approach in the day-to-day operations of physician practice,” Miller said. “I’m able to work with staff, physicians, and patients in this position. The growth potential for this organization is also very exciting.” |
